We use this information to run the preloved books service responsibly, including to:

• Reserve books and prevent double-booking of one-off inventory.
• Process payments through Razorpay or other enabled checkout methods.
• Coordinate pickup, delivery, or issue resolution over WhatsApp where relevant.
• Send order confirmations, admin alerts, and support responses.
• Maintain records for operations, fraud prevention, and basic bookkeeping.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials inside this app.

We may also rely on service providers that support hosting, database operations, analytics, messaging, and notifications. These providers only receive the information needed to perform those functions for the service.

Kashmir Enrichment Club serves families and children, but purchases and order interactions for preloved books are intended to be handled by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly to us in a way that should be removed, please contact us and we will review the request.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage orders, handle support, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on operational or legal needs.
