The current book flow is built for local coordination, not nationwide ecommerce shipping. At checkout, you may see options for self pickup or local delivery, depending on the order flow in use.
Delivery availability is subject to our ability to serve the requested area practically from Srinagar.
If local delivery is selected, the delivery fee shown at checkout applies to that order. In the current flow, the checkout experience may add a local delivery fee when delivery is chosen.
Self pickup, when offered, is typically free unless clearly stated otherwise.
Pickup timing and delivery windows are coordinated after payment confirmation, usually through WhatsApp or the same support channel used for your order updates.
Exact timing can vary based on stock readiness, route planning, local conditions, weather, holidays, and how quickly we are able to reach each other.
If we cannot reasonably deliver to the address provided, we may contact you to offer pickup instead, request an updated address, or cancel and refund the order if needed.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.
Please check the order reasonably soon after pickup or delivery and let us know promptly if there is a mismatch or a major issue.
